History of AP Coilovers

With budget brands taking most of the market share, AP had to do something about it. They knew they could produce a better performing, better quality budget coilover than the competition. Most other manufacturers import their cheap coilover kits from factories in china and the far east then brand them as their own .Importing these cheaper inferior kits is easy but they do not come with any quality approval. They are made from cheap steel and are prone to corrosion. AP manufacture their coilovers in-house in Germany using quality steel, zinc plated to prevent corrosion and all kits are German TUV quality approved. A high quality German product, not a cheap imported re-branded unit!

The quality of manufacture and production ensures the customer gets the best possible product for their money. All AP Coilover kits carry the important German TUV quality certificate which indicates build quality, manufacture and performance have been checked and kept to the highest standards. Only premium quality products receive the German TUV quality certificate. Cheaper budget kits do not carry the TUV seal of approval and are often manufactured from cheaper, inferior materials.
